Real time feedback on performance

A major recruiment company whose comprehensive service includes temporary and interim staffing, outsourcing, permanent recruitment, outplacement and career services, training and consulting. They asked us to provide a solution that would enable them to obtain feedback from staff and customers with real time results. An online solution is also paper-free, cutting costs and helping the environment too.

How we helped

We designed three specific surveys, tailored for recruiters, applicants and staff. The relevant questionnaire is emailed out whenever a recipient selects their branch, providing a user name and password. With the hierarchical permission based reporting system, results can be viewed at a variety of levels: individual, branch, region, or collectively; the relevant Operations Manager accesses the results through a password-protected URL. Negative or positive feedback is flagged instantaneously with colour-coded results. The system also displays data graphically and produces a data output, which can be put into SPSS or Excel for further analysis.
